Terms & Conditions

1.All pre-order items are final sale. Once delivered, they are not eligible for return or exchange.

2.Products are made after an order is confirmed. Changes or cancellations are not allowed once confirmation is complete.

3.Exchange is allowed only once and must be for the same product or a product of equal or higher value.

(Applicable to spot purchases only.)

4.For spot purchases, exchanges must be requested within 3 days of purchase.

5.A minimum 30% advance payment is required to place any order.

6.Exchange is applicable only. Cash refunds are not offered.

7.For any exchange request:

•Original bill copy must be presented

•Product must be unused

•Exchange will not be accepted if the product is stained, torn, or has any odor
